We want you to be satisfied!  While every item made is thoroughly reviewed for quality, we are human. If you receive an item with production/construction concerns, please contact us immediately at howdy@cookieandbees.com.  We will work with you to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

If you received your order with shipping damage, we can assist in submitting a claim via USPS.  

C&B is not responsible for shipping damage.C&B does not accept returns for non-damaged items and digital downloads.
