Who makes the items in the C&B Shop?
Every item with a C&B label is made by me. That includes bags, cake coozies, patterns and body products.
How and where do you ship?
We believe everyone deserves goodness in their lives and offer shipping worldwide from North Carolina, USA. Shipping rate is calculated based off carrier during checkout. For U.S. domestic shipping, we ship via USPS.
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders the business day after the order is complete. However, we could take up to 5 business days to fulfill and ship. If your order will take more than 5 business days to fulfill, you will be notified.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied! While every item made is thoroughly reviewed for quality, we are human. If you receive an item with production/construction concerns, please contact us immediately at howdy@cookieandbees.com. We will work with you to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
If you received your order with shipping damage, we can assist in submitting a claim via USPS. C&B is not responsible for shipping damage.
C&B does not accept returns for non-damaged items and digital downloads.
I have allergies, do you have pets?
C&B is a pet friendly, smoke-free environment. However, the cat and dog are not allowed near fabric.
How do I care for my C&B bag?
Halt there! Do not machine wash!
Instead, spot care with a cool cloth.
Scotchgard can protect your bag.
Warm iron to smooth out wrinkles and sag.
Okay, in all seriousness...
- Wrinkles: Upon arrived or after time, your C&B bag may wrinkle. Cotton bags may be ironed on medium heat. If your cotton bag has a fabric with glitter, place a tea towel between your bag and the iron. Vinyl bags can be gently ironed/steamed with a tea towel between the iron and vinyl.
- Stains: coffee and wine stains happen! We do not recommend washing your bag in the washer. Use a Tide pen, or similar, to remove the stain as best as possible.
