Question: How do I care for my bag?
Answer: We recommend spot treating your bag with mild soap and letting it air dry.  You can also pre-treat your bag with a fabric protectant spray.

Question: Will my yarn get stuck on the zipper?
Answer: Probably not!  We use small toothed plastic zippers to prevent any unfortunate events happening between the zipper and your yarn.  However, life is crazy, so please be mindful.

Question:  How fast do you ship?
Answer:  All orders will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) from purchase. Unless the item is a pre-order or custom item.  In which case, the shipping date/production time will be on the product listing.

Question: Where do you ship?
Answer:  Currently, we ship to the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.   We are working on adding more areas!

Answer:  From Fairfax, Virginia

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer:  Products are described on each product page.  Please read the descriptions thoroughly.  Also, each item is quality checked after production and only flawless products are sold.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Howdy@cookieandbees.com within 3 days of receipt. Used products are not eligible for returns. Custom orders are not eligible for return unless there is a production error.

Question: Do you take custom orders?
Answer:  If you see a fabric on the website and want it in a different bag style, please contact us and we might be able to accommodate that request!

Question: Do you take wholesale orders?
Answer: We currently offer wholesale for our Cake Coozies™.  Please contact us at Howdy@cookieandbees.com if you are interested in carrying our items in your brick and mortar store.
